Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: [DATE]

PretzelGraph runs the workflows you build — including code and network requests you define. That freedom comes with responsibility. This policy applies to the hosted service at pretzelgraph.ai and forms part of the Terms of Service.

You may not use the Service to

Break the law or harm people. No illegal activity, no content that is unlawful, no harassment, fraud, or deception, no processing of personal data you have no right to process.

Send unsolicited messages. No spam — email, SMS, chat, or otherwise. Messaging through a workflow requires the same consent and opt-out you would need sending it by hand.

Access systems you are not allowed to access. No scraping or automated access in breach of a site's terms or technical restrictions, no credential stuffing, no probing, scanning, or attacking any system — including ours and other customers' workspaces.

Distribute malware or mine cryptocurrency. Workflows exist to automate work, not to use our machines as generic compute.

Circumvent limits or abuse wake-ups. No evading plan limits, running multiple free accounts to multiply quotas, or generating traffic whose purpose is to keep a free workspace awake or to wake it repeatedly.

Resell or re-host the Service. No offering PretzelGraph, or a service substantially built on it, to third parties as your own hosted product. (Self-hosting under the software's licence is a separate matter governed by that licence.)

Interfere with the Service. No attempting to access other workspaces, the platform's internal systems, or the infrastructure the Service runs on.

Workflows that call external services

You are responsible for what your workflows do to the services they connect to: respect their terms, rate limits, and robots directives, and use credentials you are entitled to use.

Enforcement

If a workspace's activity threatens the Service, other customers, or third parties, we may pause or suspend it immediately and will tell you why and what to change. For less urgent issues we will ask you to fix the problem first. Repeated or serious violations may lead to account termination. To report abuse of the Service, email [email protected].

PretzelGraph

PretzelGraph is a visual agent runtime. Design how your agent thinks — its loop, its tools, its memory — on a canvas, then run it as a chat assistant, an automation, or a building block inside a bigger workflow.
