Terms of Service

Effective date: [DATE]

These terms govern your use of the PretzelGraph hosted service at pretzelgraph.ai (the "Service"), operated by Teslaru Roland Persoană Fizică Autorizată (PFA), [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Romania ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that company.

The self-hosted software is not covered here. Running PretzelGraph on your own infrastructure is governed by its licence (the Elastic License 2.0, in the repository), not by these terms.

1. The Service

PretzelGraph is a visual editor and execution engine for AI agent workflows. We host workspaces in which you build workflows, connect them to third-party services, and run them. We may change features over time; we will not remove core functionality from a paid plan during a paid period without notice.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to evade plan limits.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plans. Current plans, prices, and limits are at https://pretzelgraph.ai/pricing. Limits — such as concurrent executions, executions per month, and how long execution history is retained — are part of the plan you choose. Free workspaces are paused when idle and resume on your next visit; paid workspaces stay available.

Payment. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT unless stated; VAT is applied as required by your location. If a payment fails we may suspend the paid features after notice, and delete the workspace after 30 further days without payment.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires.

Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU). If you subscribe as a consumer you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is provided immediately, by starting your subscription you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed for the period — and that if you withdraw before then you owe a proportional amount for what was provided.

Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect on your subscription. You may cancel before it does.

4. Your content

You own the workflows, data, and other content you put in the Service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, run, back up, and display it to you and the members you invite — and nothing more. We do not use your content to train models and do not access it except to operate the Service, resolve a support request you made, or as the law requires.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to process any personal data you run through the Service. Where that data belongs to other people, our Privacy Policy explains our role as your processor.

5. Third-party services and your credentials

Workflows connect to services you choose — model providers, databases, APIs — using credentials you supply. You are responsible for complying with those providers' terms, for the costs they charge you, and for the consequences of what your workflows do with them. We store your credentials encrypted and use them only to run your workflows.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: nothing illegal, no spam or unauthorised scraping, no attacking anyone's systems including ours, no circumventing plan limits, and no offering the Service to others as your own product. We may suspend a workspace immediately where its activity threatens the Service or other users, and will tell you why.

7. Availability

We aim for the Service to be reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability and offer no service-level agreement on current plans. The Service is provided as a young product under active development; we will announce maintenance where we can.

8. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if required by law, with notice where reasonable. After termination we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, except as the Privacy Policy describes for backups and legal retention.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its branding are ours or our licensors'. These terms do not grant you rights in them beyond using the Service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Workflows execute the instructions you give them, including calls to AI models whose output can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing what your workflows do and produce.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or — for consumers — your statutory rights.

12. Indemnity (business customers)

If you use the Service for a business, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. Disputes go to the courts of Bucharest, Romania — except that if you are a consumer in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country and may bring claims in its courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Assignment

You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor entity of the business — for example a company formed to operate the Service — provided your rights under these terms are not reduced by the transfer. We will notify you when that happens.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that is acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel before the change applies.
