Consumers may contact the Romanian consumer protection authority ANPC (anpc.ro) and use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) at anpc.ro/ce-este-sal, or the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
